As part of the overall development plan for Kashi's land, Kashi has allocated land for residential lots which are for sale to people interested in building their house in the Village of Kashi. To date thirteen of the lots have been sold, with three more that are currently under contract.

The first residential house has been completed and the proud owners moved in at the end of July 2009! There are still 10 more lots available for sale - some that are riverfront property, and some that are in the cul de sacs. Sizes of available lots vary from 0.27 acre to 0.63 acres and opening prices range from $79,000 to $245,000.
