| Kali Natha Yoga - taught by various teachers |
Kali Natha Yoga consists of unique flow series that
includes classical asanas, pranayama, mudras, mantras and meditations. This system of yoga
can be used to strengthen, to calm and to go to a deeper spiritual place. It is
a profound transformative tool and a moving prayer. Kali
Natha Yoga can be practiced by anyone at any age and in any physical condition.
There are no levels -
classes are open to everyone. |
| Meditation - with Swami Moksha Ram |
Meditation is a tool that helps you to calm the
breath and still the mind. Meditation can help you to relieve stress and tension
in your life, as you learn how to regulate the breath. It balances the nervous
system and offers tremendous physical benefits. You will learn specific
techniques and use them in your daily life. These classes are open to everyone. |
| Taekwondo - with Acharya Rudra Das and
Acharya Durga Das |
Learning Martial Arts gives you physical
conditioning, discipline and self-confidence. In each class you will learn Tae
Kwon Do forms, self-defense training and will engage in sparring. Anyone of any
age level and in any physical condition can participate. These classes are
taught by 5th Degree Black Belt Masters. There are quarterly rank tests. |
| Chanting |
Join us in this ancient exploration of sound and
music through devotional chanting. You do not have to be a singer or even have a
good voice; this is music that comes from the heart. Chanting can be a form of
meditation using sound. |
| Vinyasa Yoga - with Ram Priya |
Vinyasa yoga flows
from one asana to the next while incorporating specific pranayam (breathing)
rhythms. It is frequently choreographed by the instructor and may vary from
class to class. |

A more strenuous class. Flowing from one movement
to the next while incorporating specific breathing patterns. This is a very
energizing class. |

This class uses gentle
and simple stretches, postures, movements, breathing and meditation and is
geared for beginners, people with health challenges, injuries and for seniors. |
| Ashtanga Yoga - with Parthena |
Ashtanga Yoga is
the system of Yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. This method
of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures—a
process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that
detoxifies muscles and organs. |

teacher of Vedanta, David is leading a 8 week course on the Bhagavad Gita from March
