300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Welcome Yoga Alliance certified students.

Our 300 hour yoga teacher training welcomes students who have Yoga Alliance certification at the 200 hour level in any style of yoga. This is actually a 300-hour bridge yoga instructor training program where you can accumulate the additional hours required to qualify for the 300-Hour standing. Committed and experienced teachers often tell us that taking a training in Kali Natha Yoga has deepened their understanding of all forms of yoga, prepared them to teach more deeply, and provided them with the tools to bring the depth of yoga and spirituality to others.

Inspired by the teachings of Ma Jaya.

This 300 hour yoga teacher training program was inspired by the teachings of Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati, who developed Kali Natha Yoga as a profound tool that awakens kundalini energy, increases flexibility and strength, reduces stress and opens the yogic channels, enabling practitioners to deepen their awareness, both physical and spiritual.

Flexible scheduling. Flexible location.

The course of study is structured to take a minimum of two years, although you can stretch it over a longer time if you wish. The 300 hour yoga teacher training is very flexible.  Registration is ongoing. You can join us at any point, and take modules in two locations: Kashi Ashram Florida and Kashi Ashram Atlanta.  In both locations, students learn in a sacred Ashram environment with teachers who have been trained directly by the founder of Kali Natha Yoga, Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati.

Modules range from 3-day to 5-days.

The modules range from 3-day weekend programs to 4 or 5-day programs. Guest master teachers are included as part of our faculty. The 300 hour yoga teacher training is an advanced course which includes training in philosophy, asana, spiritual practices, anatomy, and some holistic healing modalities. It includes teaching practicum and offers insight for integrating yoga into a path of service.
