Residential Yoga Teacher Training

Program is set up as two ten-day modules.

If you want to enjoy spiritual retreat as well as a yoga immersion, our residential yoga teacher training course is your best choice. The program is set up as two ten-day modules, beginning with ten days in November and ending with ten days the following June. This option is best for those who choose the full immersion experience of a longer yoga teacher training course. For more about Kali Natha Yoga Teacher Trainings, contact shaktidurgaya@kashi.org, director of Kashi School of Yoga.

Includes gourmet vegetarian meals.

The daily schedule for the residential yoga teacher training begins early in the morning, goes into the evening, and includes longer breaks between classes to give you time to meditate in our temples or take a walk through beautiful natural areas. In the middle of the ten days we take a half day to enjoy the beach. The program includes gourmet vegetarian meals and lodging in shared rooms or dormitories, with a few private rooms available.

Connect with others on the spiritual path.

Among yoga teacher training schools, our program is made especially rich with offerings beyond the scheduled sessions. Those who visit Kashi Ashram often remark on the deep peace they feel as soon as they arrive. The residential yoga teacher training also offers you the experience of living alongside your teachers as well as other residents of the Kashi community, many of whom have been on the yogic path for over 30 years. You can settle into daily ashram life and share 80 acres of beautiful sacred grounds and temples. Here you’ll find an atmosphere where you can connect with others on the spiritual path, or enjoy quiet moments of contemplation and self-reflection.

You are not required to stay on the ashram for this program, and some local area residents have also enjoyed the residential yoga teacher training program as commuters.
