This class is for EVERYBODY! 
It allows you to work at your own level. All postures are optional, depending what you're able to do that day. You will increase flexibility and strength while reducing stress, tension and tightness. The class includes seated and standing poses utilizing a chair for support, but not getting down on the mat. It is great for beginners of any age or if recuperating from surgery or illness.

Join us for the experience of a fire puja, or hawan, an ancient Hindu ceremony used for purification and cleansing. At Kashi we have fire pujas throughout the year, often as a celebration of a holy person’s birthday or to honor a particular god or goddess. The ceremonies are full of rich symbology, color and sound.
