This week’s Saturday satsang will be led by Shakti Durgaya. She will be teaching on the topic of being present in the moment. Shakti Durgaya is a Yoga Acharya and head of the Kashi School of Yoga. She loves sharing Kali Natha Yoga, the yoga that Ma Jaya gave us.
The evening will include kirtan (devotional chanting), a short Kali Natha Yoga moment, and a guided meditation. The evening ends with prasad (blessed treats) at Laxman House.
