Kali Natha Yoga

Ma Jaya taught Kali Natha Yoga to her Kashi senior teachers over the course of more than a decade. This mystical practice is perfect for anyone who seeks to open the heart and experience a deep space. This is a shakti practice, opening all the chakras. You will feel a flow of movement and breath, and tune into your own creative energy.

Teacher Trainings

For those who wish to go deeper into their yoga practice, Kashi School of Yoga offers Yoga Alliance Registered 200 hour and 300 hour teacher trainings in Kali Natha Yoga. We have graduated more than 200 teachers since 2006 and our extensive faculty offers deeply transformative trainings in an ashram environment. 

 

Meditation

Quietening the mind is a basic tenet of the yogic lifestyle. A place where people have meditated for more than 40 years, Kashi's sacredness is palpable as soon as you step on the grounds. With interfaith temples surrounded by nature, Kashi's peaceful vibration is available to everyone. We offer weekly meditation classes and the opportunity to sit with our swamis and monks.
