  • Enjoy this balancing fusion of gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation to deepen your self-care. We will set intentions, connect to breath, move, and conclude with deep relaxation. All ages and abilities are welcome. No experience is required. Great for caregivers and anyone seeking to open their hearts and experience deeper awareness.

  • Saturdays 8-8:30 AM

    Learn to let go of the mind and deepen into your heart space. We will practice breath awareness techniques, pranayama, and chakra meditations. Meet at the dock by the Ganga. Bring a cushion or towel. By donation.

  • Saturday days 9-10 AM (In-Person)

    Find your balance in movement, stillness and rejuvenation through this yoga class taught by various experienced yoga instructors from the Sacred Kashi community. With lots of room for social distancing, we will stretch, strengthen and meditate in community. This class moves at a slow and steady pace, with poses to build and lengthen muscles,. We will transition up and down from the mat, and postures include Downward Facing Dog. As the body and mind settle, we enjoy meditation and a rejuvenating Shavasana.

    Join us for a joyful evening of devotional chanting and community. Based on ancient chants, kirtan has the ability to quiet the mind and cultivate devotion if listened to with intention. Chanting has many spiritual and scientific benefits, including increasing self esteem, promoting self expression, balancing energies, supporting the immune system and digestion as well as fostering an overall feeling of wellbeing. When we chant together in community we raise our vibrations to send out into the world. Chants are simple and easy to pick up, and no experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

    Participants bring their blankets, meditation cushions, & instruments.

    We will end our session at 8:15pm with Arti.
